These terms are intended to ensure a clear, professional, and seamless experience from initial inquiry through final delivery.
Booking & Scheduling
Sessions are confirmed upon agreement of scope, scheduling, and applicable fees.
Time is reserved specifically for each property or project. To ensure the best results, spaces should be fully prepared prior to the scheduled session.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If a session needs to be rescheduled or canceled, advance notice is appreciated.
- Changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to a fee
- Rescheduling due to weather or conditions affecting image quality is handled as needed
Every effort is made to accommodate scheduling adjustments while maintaining a high standard of work.
Property & Event Readiness
The Client is responsible for ensuring the property or event space is ready at the time of arrival.
Delays related to preparation may impact the scope of coverage or result in additional fees where significant time is required.
Permits & Permissions
The Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions, approvals, or access required for photography, including venue or property restrictions.
Creative Approach
All work is completed in a style consistent with a natural, refined approach—prioritizing light, composition, and accuracy.
While images are edited for clarity and consistency, they are not altered in a way that misrepresents the property or event.
Aerial / Drone Photography
Aerial photography is conducted in accordance with all applicable safety standards and FAA regulations.
Drone services are subject to environmental and regulatory conditions, including:
- Weather conditions such as rain, wind, or low cloud cover
- Airspace restrictions or temporary flight limitations
- Visibility and overall safety conditions
If conditions are not suitable at the time of the session, aerial coverage may be rescheduled or completed separately to ensure compliance and image quality.
Image Delivery
Final images are delivered via an online gallery in high-resolution format.
Turnaround times may vary depending on project scope, though every effort is made to deliver promptly and within communicated timeframes.
Usage & Licensing
All images remain the intellectual property of the Service Provider.
Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use images for marketing and promotional purposes related to the property or project.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Images may not be transferred to third parties
- Use beyond the original intended purpose requires written permission
The Service Provider retains the right to use images for portfolio and promotional purposes, with discretion.
Payment
Payment terms are provided at the time of booking.
Delivery of final images may be withheld until payment is received in full.
Limitation of Liability
Every effort is made to provide consistent, high-quality results.
In the event that services cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond control—including weather, venue restrictions, illness, or equipment issues—liability is limited to rescheduling or a refund of fees paid.
While professional backup systems and workflows are in place, the Client acknowledges that complete coverage or absolute technical perfection cannot be guaranteed.
Data & File Handling
Reasonable care is taken to store and deliver all images securely using industry-standard practices.
However, the Service Provider is not liable for loss due to unforeseen technological failures after delivery has been completed.
Independent Contractor
Services are provided as an independent contractor. The Service Provider retains full control over the execution and delivery of all work.
Agreement
By booking services or submitting an inquiry, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
These terms are intended to protect both parties while maintaining a professional, thoughtful, and reliable experience throughout.
